Adopt Angel the beagle! – Paws n’ Time Rescue – PA

Meet Angel, a young little beagle lady who loves to be loved. Her favorite things are to have her belly rubbed and to be scratched behind the ears. She can spend hours watching birds or sniffing out squirrels. She is a smart little cookie, knows all about walk time and will jump up and down in anticipation at the sound of the word "Walk". A fenced yard where she could run and play would be ideal. Angel is a good girl, housebroken and crate trained, as well as understanding the commands she was taught of sit, down, whizz whizz, dump dump, Angel go night night (for her to go in her crate), and stay. She is a loyal companion and will bark to warn of people and animals passing by. Angel’s downfall is that she can be nervous around strangers and jealous of other dogs, and for this reason we would like to place her in a home with children over the age of 12. She is beautiful and people remark about her dark eyes and stunning white stripe. Please consider this "Angel" as your newest forever pet.

Sweet Face. This large male(?) brown tabby has been visiting a resident’s back yard to eat and watch birds/squirrels. We’re not sure if he is neutered yet or not as we can’t get a good look at his left ear. The resident says she thinks there’s a small notch, but not really a straight-across eartip. The cat is shy/skittish, so although he is large and seems healthy, he might still be an outdoors-only cat (not owned).

Get a small bird, such as a budgie (parakeet). Keep him in your room if your parents don’t want to clean up after hime. Talk to him and play with him whenever you are in your room. I prefer cockatiels, but they are dusty birds, so it might not work in your home.

I also love how my lovebird Millie climbs upside down on the ceiling of her cage and eats sunflower seeds from my hand. I call her Spidey. And I like how my parakeet Sky always jumps on the perch in the middle of her cage and flaps her wings really fast to just have fun and let out all her built-up energy, lol. And my finch Buzz talks to me! (not english) And my other two finches (Puff and Blackbeak) race each other to their water bowl to take a bath whenever I put new water in their cage. And they make such cute sounds! Jet (parakeet) is really shy, but he’s so sweet and has a beautiful song if you actually take the time to listen. And last but not least, Silly (lovebird) is really sweet and always does nice things for my other lovebird and cleans up around her cage.
